A mega aromatic and fresh bitters made from 18 Winter citrus. Macerated individually for 14 months and blended carefully, this bitters offers a fresh hit of complex citrus and flora weaved together. A perfect way to shake up your old-fashioned cocktail or stellar by itself as a pallet cleanser with some soda water and simple syrup. 

 

NOTES: Mandarin, Jasmine blossom, Lemon, Pine, lemon blossom, Honey. A long and evolving length that opens up most with some sugar introduced. 

 

Sum of Citrus pallet cleanser:

  • ~5ml Sum of Citrus bitters
  • ~2ml Simple syrup
  • ~50ml Soda water
  • ~Garnish with Lemon Blossom or Mandarine twist
  • Construct in a chilled, small, narrow glass and serve immediately.

 

A great addition to the pantry of home cooks, bartenders or, well, anyone who likes tasty af things!
