Refund policy
Change of mind: Due to the nature of the items sold, Change of mind or Wrong item purchased refunds/ returns are not available.
Faulty Item: If an item has arrived damaged or with an issue, please be sure to contact us ASAP. Refunds/ exchanges for faulty items must be made within 7 days of the order arriving, providing photos of the issue, we will happily replace or refund any items that have these issues. Pending the faulty nature of the item, we reserve the right to ask for the item to be shipped/returned back to us, which Just Kasz will cover the cost of. If the item is clearly deemed not faulty, we will not refund the item and will charge for the returned shipping costs.
Damaged in Transit: If the item has been damaged in transit via the courier service, please send us photos of the box, packaging and damage to the product/s so we can address the issue with the courier company on your behalf. We'll send you a replacement as soon as possible to make sure you still get your Just Kasz needs(we will seek compensation from the courier company to cover the extra shipping from our end). If the item, unfortunately, is no longer in stock, we'll be sure to give you the following options: A refund for the item/s, store credit or similar item replacement.
