About Kasz

Hi, I'm Kasz,

I’m an award-winning tea maker, hospitality professional, and food innovator with over 15 years in the food and beverage scene. My business, Tea For Who, won four medals at the 2019 Golden Leaf Awards and grew from humble market stalls to a thriving tea brand. Beyond tea, I’ve work in and consulted for restaurants on fermentation and native Australian ingredients, spoken at industry events, and built a career around sourcing the highest-quality, seasonal and sustainable ingredients. Now, I’m channelling my experience into Just Kasz, a space to share my expertise, creative experiments, and deep love for food and drink.

My journey started in catering at 14, leading to years in fine dining, where I developed a passion for storytelling through food and drink. Growing up, I was surrounded by diverse culinary influences, learning Serbian baking from my neighbours, exploring Ukrainian and other worldly dishes with my aunt, and discovering native Australian ingredients through my community. At 16, frustrated by the tea's availble, I began blending my own, unknowingly laying the foundation for Tea For Who and my future in the food industry.

Now, Just Kasz is where I bring all these experiences together. From fermentation and foraging to industry insights and dining recommendations, I aim to build a community of curious food-lovers. Whether you're looking for innovative recipes, sustainability tips, or just a great place to eat, I’m here to share, experiment, and keep pushing the boundaries of flavour.
