A chai bridging seasons, a Winter warmer with uplifting Spring energy. A local flora honey from Glen Waverly that's been slowly infused with Cootamundra Wattle blossoms and South Australian Venus Afoura mandy zest for 4 weeks, dresses a take on our classic chai. The addition of more wattle, this time, our iconic Sydney Golden Wattle blossoms, Bottle Brush, Cardamom Leaf and fresh Afoura mandarin zest bring a bright a sweet floral and freshness to this chai.
TO SERVE:
- Add 6g of tea for every 150 ml of hot, 90°C water in an appropriately sized steeping vessel(we LOVE the Handy Brew).
- Steep for 5.30 minutes agitating regularly
- Enjoy immediately with or without milk.
With the honey already added, please sample before adding any more sweetener.
70g pr Box (10-14 servings).

All of our Wet Chais' are made with 100% raw, local honey that can crystalise just like a jar of raw honey can. This does not affect the result of your tea. We've also noted that crystalised wet chai keeps better, along with being easier to handle. If your Wet Chai comes crystalised, you're a lucky duck!
