Better Brew, a hand-curated tonic made from over 80 ingredients, so far. 24 varieties of Australian honey, 14 types of citrus, 30 native botanicals, and 8 kinds of seasonal produce. Lovingly crafted with sustainability and quality in mind, each batch evolves over time, adding ingredients at their peak for a truly unique and potent brew.

Our Better Brew, now over 30 months, is reminiscent of a perpetual stew, continuously steeping in flavor and health benefits. Packed with anti-inflammatory properties, this ruby elixir is perfect for soothing sore throats, flu aches, or even hayfever congestion.

Better Brew is delicious in hot water, but for a non-alcoholic twist, try it carbonated for a bold, effervescent treat.

120ml per bottle (10 servings).

**Please note, this is a fermented product and does contain trace amounts of alcohol under 0.5% abv (think similar to kombucha)**

TO SERVE, HOT:

Add 2 - 3 tsp of Better Brew to a cup, followed by 200ml of hot water. Enjoy once drinking temperature.

TO SERVE, COLD:

Add 3 tsp of Better Brew to a cup, followed by 200ml of Carbonated water. Enjoy right away.

TO SERVE, CARBONATED:

To a Soda Stream bottle, add 2 Tbs of Better Brew, followed by 700ml of cold water. Carbonate heavily and enjoy immediately. Alternatively for finer bubbles, carbonate heavily, putting the lid back on and allow to settle in the fridge overnight. Carbonate again in the morning and enjoy with max bubbles.

My Better brew is bubbly/hissed when I open it?!
This is 100% normal and safe. Your Better Brew has been going on a very slow and long fermentation and will keep doing so. Give it a good shake up before use to disperse the vanilla seeds evenly and enjoy.

Please recycle or reuse the bottle.
