The Worlds's First Salted Duck Yolk Chilli Crisp!

This chilli crisp is heavily inspired of the incredible Salted Duck Yolk dishes like golden sand prawns, salted duck yolk fried rice and snacks like salted duck yolk chips. Loaded up with lots of salted duck yolk, curry leaves and first press sesame oil. This chilli crisp has a great punch, but is still friendly enough if you don't like things too hot. Buttery smooth and coats the mouth well, but somehow not heavy at all. This will be the crisp you find yourself just eating a spoonful of by itself.
