I’ve spent over 15 years in fine dining, obsessing over flavour, ingredients, and the magic of a great meal. I started Tea For Who in high school, blending my own teas, years later, it won multiple awards and became a thriving tea brand. These days, I’m all about exploring food in every form, fermentation experiments, foraging adventures, and sharing what I’ve learned through industry talks and workshops.
